It has been brought to our agents (in the field) attentions that quite a lot of hatred is eminating, in fact, radiating, from the world’s best campus, University of Toronto. Much multicultural programming is advertised, both online and IRL, however, the resultant status of many world powers that are thusly influenced by the former students of this place, including alumni whom have spread their lives globally via travel, socializing, and romances, has resulted in a negative effect as far as the HQF7 (Happyness Quotiant Factor VII) is concerned within the monitored stations. We found through painstaking surveillance a link correlating many terrorist activities diversely located throughout all the regions, including the often hated Middle-East, though for there we found no evidence of it being their fault, that much of the damage reported even locally in Toronto on CP24 is originating from this campus. Research concluded with the usual forced banning from facility orchestrated via a cool stroll to library while obeying legal order to avoid one building and not whole campus (Hart House) based on utterance of simple within limits of law phrase near civilian female mentioning words “gun”, “kill”, “man”, and location aforementioned as “Hart House” with affect allocated of slight anger and an above average loudness for busy University public sidewalk. As sheep do the wolf presented itself, two white males, two white females, older white male, handcuffed, weapon search, bag and clothing torn, handed off to TOPOPO52, disrespectful jail overnight. Concluded forced ban with reappearance using prop and public attention, Campos demonstrated physical and ineptitude, delivered to TOPOPO52 jail again, officers threatened harassment for phone calls to precinct, as usual no food, respect or health respected, lawyer provided claimed Canada’s human rights do not afford food to civilians nor inmates. Officers rude, belittling, lying of facts, lacking professionalism, staff male, female, white, black, Asian, facility clean. Both cases abusive cage transport for delivery to courts, holding jail improper, neglected, reminiscent of a teenager’s garage and not respectful area for adults with issues cared for, officers quick thoughtless and unfriendly (possibly unattended to PTSD). Salvation Army (local charity) present for relay calls, willfully sound hindering design for lawyers area, but courtroom is Hollywood quality, implying psychologically that crime does not pay - infraction: possibly huge human rights issues. Agent to appear in Mental Health Court under two Death Threat charges, nothing but heresy as evidence.

Brief synopsis: Incompetent staff, misappropriated funds, wrongly allocated equipment, janitorial adequate, buildings externally maintained but internally lacking, students subdued and rather unhappy, few smiling faces freely floating, lack of free sports players could indicate psychological issues or fears or bullying by either Campos, staff, or terrorists/criminals/police, studying spaces quiet and seren and enjoyed by many, packed when expected, washrooms clean but inaccessible for disableds, hateful culture towards imperfect civs, anti-socials disguised with platitudes and deceptive smiles aplenty, disingenuous and almost hateful attitudes between civ classes (fems, religions, minorities, poor), no overall strategy for nurturing spirits, nature intact and well groomed.
Conclusion
The University of Toronto campus is worthless as far as official and traditional education point. Do not enter as a student unless exploring the ins and outs of the failures of Canada’s teaching methodologies or studying social mental illnesses present in this failed society still advertising itself as a peacekeeper and above-the-rest model for other nations. The only benefit the campus has to Toronto is as a place for people to enjoy a trip to the past, to sit in a quiet area without cars or traffic and sip a coffee with a book, and for the homeless civs to wind down. It is perfect for morning Tai Chi, fudbal and such, but has no academic value whatsoever. Everything this campus offered a self-motivated man can master in a quarter the effort sitting in a cheapest city apartment or even in the middle of farm country, sans official diploma. Example, compsci students reported severe trouble grasping Python/Ruby (modern code), though normals can master it in the wild within months of trying, thereby giving impression the U of T campus is situated near CAMH as an extension of their infantile attempts to aid the ill Canadian population and usurping these grounds as their own personal dump site. The price for the university’s teaching offerings is beneficial for those whom wish to entertain their retarded children with a fantasy belief of that they, too, can succeed in life, as clearly mastering university is difficult. Quantum Physics an average man takes a year to master, but U of T has those studying it for over six years and still incapable of grasping any method of explanation when asked for a two sentence synopsis. Similar failures in course explanations were observed within all fields of study this “Boundlesss” place claims to offer. Having classes, teachers, course materials and diplomas and exams is one thing, students knowing what they are studying, is another. As usual a 100% on an exam means little if in the field performance is near zero. Mastering music theory and being unable to write a song is a closest example. This same negative trend with university culture has been observed as previously deposited into DGs all over the world not just Toronto (ONCA). It may be a global trend indicating an issue of sorts or an unaddressed genetic mutation within the entire species. It is unlikely a faction can cause these problems globally (96.9%). The campus is worth preserving and nurturing via tax funds despite it’s educational failures solely for it’s Hogwarts (Harry Potter) tourist appearance. Many take photos and travel long distances just for a photo op. It is an amazing place for jogging, and even partying. Staff report plenty of students study mostly in their dorms and never appear in classes, only show up for exams (online offerings), so one has no educational value in attending this place unless drawn by some unique social aspect of Toronto - though that is not unique, far better socializing spots are present even in Iraq, Tokyo, and Peru. Another saving grace is the food kitchens all over the campus - they are superb and are a great compliment if one is enjoying a picnic or a day off work on a weekend. However for future considerations of employability of citizens of this nation, it is a disservice accepting into employment anyone with a U of T diploma.
